Woodchester Mansion is a remarkable monument of Victorian architecture protected by the British government. The majestic mansion sits on the very border of Wales in a shady and humid valley. Designed in a neo-gothic style, beautiful on the outside and completely empty on the inside, this quadrangle with an inner courtyard was designed by Augustus Pugin, the creator of the famous Big Ben.
